The affordable version of the Music Man classic by Sterling by Music Man with the same magic of the originals.

Checked and set up by Ernie Ball MUSICMAN in Orange, California.

Finish: Transparent Black, with cream binding & chrome hardware- a very classy looking instrument!

Body: Basswood with a baeutiful quilted maple top.

Neck: Maple, asymmetrical neck shape. Bolt-on neck construction - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a full, "fat" tone. The neck feels and plays fantastic!

Scale: 25.5" - Standard.

Fretboard: Maple, with black "Dot" inlays.

Frets: 22, mediumk - a perfect fretjob, another famous feature like on Music Man USA guitars.

Nut: 42 mm, FR Locking.

Headstock: Matching to the body finish.

Tuners: Original Sterling.

Bridge: Sterling double locking tremolo - stays perfectly in tune.

Pickups: 2x Sterling Alnico V humbuckers (bridge and neck). The sound of these pickups resemble strongly to the sound of an original Music Man Axis, provides lots of gain for aggressive sounds, fits well for downtuning and is very quiet.

Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of a different pickup combination, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.

Electronics: 1x volume, 3-way toggle switch.
